Outreach during World Green Building Week 2020: Act On Climate
The Sustainable Buildings and Construction Programme took part in World Green Building Week 2020 by authoring a blog on Green Building Council Finland's website. The goal was to raise awareness and #ActOnClimate by supporting transition to circularity, mainstreaming resource efficiency and providing training to share key learnings and achieve impacts.
The blog post showcased the Programme's recent actions and promoted upcoming events and projects. By taking part in World Green Building Week, an annual global communications campaign led by WorldGBC, the Programme was a part of a coordinated, collective voice of the industry to demonstrate the existing leadership in the net zero building movement, and call for bolder and more ambitious regulation to unlock these solutions.
