Nestlé Green Tech & AI Project to Reduce CO2
The objective is to use technology to make Nestle more sustainable in its manufacturing processes, and thereby, reduce its environmental impact. This is made possible through a partnership with The Emmission Capture Company (ECCO). Nestle has used their WhiteBox technology to reduce carbon dioxide emission and recycle water. Since the project was implemented, over 100 tons of CO2 have been saved.
Nestle has been trying to become more sustainable in their manufacturing processes. This project is one of its initiatives in reaching its net-zero emissions goals by 2050.
