Creation of the Tourism Cabinet
The creation of this cabinet allows a greater ease of generating tourism investments, as well as a greater development of ecotourism for the country.
For the early fulfillment of these objectives the Minister of Environment, Milciades Concepción and the administrator of the Tourism Authority of Panama, Iván Eskildsen held a meeting to establish a partnership between them and the coordination of the first projects for the conservation of Panamanian protected areas. These first actions will be aimed at working in protected areas according to public use plans and with proper care of the environment that is the most important.
