Asia -Pacific International Exchange on Sustainable Schools
The main goal of the International Exchange is to influence project implementers design of schools to make green schools through vegetable growing, use of solar power for lighting, rain water catching, avoiding plastics and many other initiatives in sustainable consumption and production
- Avoidance of one-time use plastics - more gardens and use of vegetables for feeding school children - solid waste sorting, reduction, recycling, etc - use of renewable sources of energy , i.e. solar power
