"Against Plastic Waste" Campaign in Quang Ninh province on 21 February 2019
The objective was to establish Halong Bay eliminating single-use plastics
Halong Bay Management Department cooperate with Quang Ninh Department of Natural Resource and Environment to collect and dispose of single-use plastic following Vietnamese plastic waste regulations. Since 01 September 2019, tourist cruises operated in Ha Long bay have to classify waste (into recyclable and non-recyclable waste) before sending to the waste collection agents.
