The theme of 2019 World Environmental Day is Solidarity and Collaboration, Building a beautiful World ; With the struggle of Pollution Prevention and Control, China Environmental Labelling is in Action ; -1. "Create Green Shopping Malls to lead green consumption" — The aim of the event was to raise awareness of the market and circular economy sector and promote practices of green consumption -2. "Global Ecolabel Network (GEN) Members Participate in Corporate and Campus Activities" – The activity brought Chinese practice front line to GEN members and involved exchange of ideas with university students.

What are the expected outcomes and achievements in shifting to sustainable consumption and production practices? Max. 500 words • Affirm with 25 years continuous exploration and development of China Environmental Labelling program, deep to practice sector including manufacture, university, and shopping mall to illustrate, to discuss, to exchange the policies and good practices of environmental certification to promote green production and consumption. • The "Create Green Shopping Malls to lead green consumption" event introduced the CEC Environmentally friendly technology evaluation standard for green shopping malls. A Strategic cooperation agreement on the development of green shopping malls was also signed. • • The activity of "Global Ecolabel Network (GEN) Members Participate in Corporate and Campus Activities" iinvolved an on-site visit to a China Environmental Labelling awarded factory in order to learn practices of SCP in China, and share experiences with the university students which brought comprehensive understanding of SCP home and abroad.
