Philippine Green Jobs Act of 2016 (RA 10771)
By promoting the creation of green jobs, the production of green goods and services, and the adoption of green technologies and practices, it aims to help create a "green economy" which is resources-efficient, reduces environmental risks and ecological scarcities, and helps protects tthe ecosystem and biodiversity.
The law provides incentives to business enterprises whose production and manufacturing processes and methods will not only help decarbonize the economy, reduce energy, materials and water consumption, and conserve natural resources, but will also create jobs that are decent , productive, deliver a fair income, and provide sdcurity in the workplace
