Philippine Green Jobs Act of 2016 (RA 10771)

It aims to contribute to the preservation and conservation of the ENR and improved economy while decreasing the number of unemployed individuals. It envisions to stimulate engagement of the private sector on programs that help protect the environment by granting incentives to companies that provides "green jobs".
