Pelalawan Regent Regulation on Palm Oil Plantation Partnership between Smallholders and Company

The Pelalawan Regent Regulation on Palm Oil Plantation Partnership was legalized in September 2019. This Policy aims to improve the capacity of smallholders thanks to the support provided through the development of new partnerships between companies and smallholders beyond fruit sale and to increase income received by smallholders through direct sale to companies.

This policy provides a framework to develop partnerships between companies and smallholders on Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) and beyond including on provision of technical knowledge and assistance to contribute to sustainable palm oil production.
