Montenegro - National Strategy of Sustainable Development (incl. SCP)

The concept of sustainable development means balancing of economic, social and environmental requirements in order to ensure “the needs of the existing generation are met without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs”. Operationalization of the concept and its practical implementation are the result of theoretical as well as political endeavors aiming to ensure long term development of the human society and environmental protection.
