Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (RA 11285)
It aims to institutionalize energy efficiency and conservation as a way of life towards efficient and judicious utilization of energy through the development and implementation of energy efficiency and conservation plans and programs.
It provides for the development of energy performance standards and labeling requirements for energy-consuming products and equipment as well as the corresponding fiscal and non-fiscal incentives for energy efficiency projects and development of energy efficient technologies
