Chaco Sustainable Beef Action Plan in Paraguay

The desire for sustainable beef production in the Chaco led to the facilitation of a historic process in the region: the gathering of representatives of the public and private sectors, academia and research, civil society and indigenous communities for the development of a Regional Action Plan for Sustainable Beef in the Chaco, in which the willingness and commitment of the different actors stands out. Adopted in 2019, progress was particularly made so far in addressing producers┬┤ needs related to capacity building on sustainable production practices.

The Chaco sustainable beef Action Plan aims to improve the sustainability of beef production in the Region of Chaco.
