The project targets 150,000 direct beneficiaries in Nigeria.
It will also ensure sustainable consumption and production pattern in SDG Goal 12 which promotes resource and energy efficiency , sustainable infrastructure and access to basic services, green and decent job.
Together with Nigerian partner FLEESD and in collaboration with the Ministry of Water Resources of Nigeria, a framework for Technology-based solutions for sustainable production in agribusiness and youth empowerment is starting to be implemented.

ASAP interventions under CASP will strengthen the capacity of farmers to use climate information for the planning and promotion of climate-resilient farming techniques. It will also implement larger investments to reduce the impact of climate hazards on rural infrastructure, farms and livelihoods.
