The workshop aims to raise awareness on the Guidelines for Providing Product Sustainability Information, developed by UN Environment and the International Trade Centre’s T4SD Programme in consultation with various sustainability and marketing experts. The Guidelines aim at providing actors in the value chain and public sector professionals with information on how to make effective, trustworthy claims to consumers on product-related sustainability information.

During the workshop participants will become acquainted with the principles of the Guidelines, and hear testimonials on applying the Guidelines when providing environmental information, developing sustainability claims and labels.
