The regulation requires that inspection and certification bodies be accredited in accordance with EN 45011 (now ISO 17065) and by the Moldovan Centre of Accreditation in the Field of Products Conformity Assessment. When accreditation criteria are met, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry authorizes qualified organic producers permission to operate and grants them the use of an approved Moldovan organic logo
