Next steps and how to get involved
Corporación Actuemos, in collaboration with the Facultad Tecnológica of the Universidad de Santiago de Chile, has developed a series of food recovery activities in farmers market, and has prepared healthy lunches and snacks using these foods to feed low-income families.
To achieve this, the Actuemos team has trained students from the University of Santiago to teach them food recovery and food preparation techniques.
