At our Summit, we will be welcoming an exciting and inspiring list of speakers from across our membership, civil society, business and governments to examine the pressing issues facing consumers in a digital world.


The main Summit takes place over two days (30 April 2019 and 1 May 2019), followed by a member only day on the 2 May 2019, with a side event day on 29 April 2019. This event also marks our 21st World Congress.

Impact and Results

The Summit is expected to bring a wide range of stakeholders together to talk about consumers in the digital world and how they can be empowered and protected, whilst also protecting the planet and stimulating the economy.
