Objective
The goal of this webinar was to share with the national focal points the areas of expertise around consumer information that the CI-SCP has been developing over the past 4.5 years. The purpose of sharing this information was to scale-up our policies, materials and actions to other countries and aid the implementation of more policies associated with consumer information across the world
Achievements
The webinar went very well and we had many national focal points join from developing countries including Chile, Mexico, South Africa. The feedback received was good and attendees were particularly interested in hearing about ecolabels
Impact and Results
This initiative is expected to raise awareness of the Consumer Information Programme and the tools and resources that the programme has available to aid implementation of sustainable consumption projects in other countries.
