Objective
The SSCI held public consultations in 2020 to finalise the Scheme Management and Social Criteria for its At-Sea Operations and Primary Production scopes, which will apply to third-party social compliance auditing schemes and programmes evaluating at-sea operations and land-based agriculture and aquaculture activities, respectively. The Criteria relating to seafood have been developed in partnership with the Global Sustainable Seafood Initiative (GSSI) as part of their on-going collaboration to develop a social benchmark for the seafood industry. - https://www.theconsumergoodsforum.com/press_releases/sustainable-supply-chain-initiative-aso-public-consultation - https://www.theconsumergoodsforum.com/press_releases/sustainable-supply-chain-initiative-primary-production-public-consultation
