316 target villages across 142 in 29 districts of 7 provinces in Cambdia (Takeo, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Kampong Cham, Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Thom provinces and Kampot)
i) Increased capacity of farmer promoters and establishment of networks to disseminate best practices in Climate Smart Agriculture and natural resources management. ii) Increased capacity of Village-based Farmer's Associations, stakeholders and local authorities to strengthen the resiliency of farming communities against climate hazards iii) Increased capacity of development professionals, including representatives from the Government, NGOs and Climate Smart Agriculture networks, in responding to climate changes iv) Improved access of target populations to information and relevant learning materials on climate smart agriculture  Introduction workshop for selecting Farmer Promoters.  Organize trainings for Farmer Promoters  Organize exposure trip for Farmer Promoters  Organize group trainings for members of farmer's groups, facilitated by farmer  Develop 875 on-farm experimentation and learning sites  Provide back-stopping support to Farmer Promoter Associations  Organize annual general meeting of farmer promoters  Organize meeting with FP representatives at national level  Identification and selection of VFA to participate in building climate resilient  Provide capacity building trainings for village based farmer association representatives  Organizing regular follow-up meeting among VFA to review the progress of implementation of action plan in building resilient communities  Provide capacity building trainings for commune councillors, district governors, and government line district offices at the district level  Organize local fora on building climate-resilient communities  Organize two exposure visits for representatives of VFAs, local authorities and stakeholders  Provide capacity building for development professional  Support lecturers and undergraduate students on climate smart agriculture  Provide capacity building for local innovation networks  Organize exposure visit for development professional  Organize annual conference on Climate Smart Agriculture  Production and Dissemination of book on innovations in climate smart-agriculture  Documentation and dissemination of best practices See Objectives
