Systems Thinking Education Programme
The first course of this education programme will equip individuals with the ability to recognize the systems that they are a part of, its constituents, the purpose that binds them together, and the places to intervene in the system.
The course will build individual and organizational capacity to address the systemic causes for the problems and challenges of their fragile, unsustainable systems that usually lack resilience. It will provide the participants an opportunity to develop habits to see the whole, and the habits that drive the behaviour and change that affects them, not just the parts that show the symptoms that they work hard to hide.
The second course will build individual and organizational capacity to address the systemic causes for the problems and challenges of the systems that decide to embrace the vision of the Earth Charter and the SDGs. It will provide participants with an opportunity to develop habits to see the whole relating to the Earth Charter or the SDGs. It will provide them with the opportunity to build the habits that drive the behaviour and change that affects the Earth Charter and the SDGs, not just the parts that constitute the indicators of the symptoms that they work hard to hide.

This course helps participants develop a broad approach to sustainability and make the EC Principles actionable within business contexts.
By introducing business stakeholders to ethics and sustainability theory and practices, the course intends to help participants be prepared to develop sustainable and inclusive business in an era of uncertainty and disruption. This course offers a space to learn about the nexus between the Sustainable Development Goals, the Earth Charter, and business sustainability.
This experience seeks to build a pool of experts and consultants with a systemic and ethical approach to business ethics and sustainability, capable of providing quality support and guidance to businesses that seek to incorporate ethics and sustainability into their development and planning process. It will be an opportunity to enhance the participant’s ethical leadership skills.
