About my work

As a part of coordination desk for Sustainable LIfestyles and Education, her current research areas are future foresight studies of changes in society in 2050, and building the framework of sustainable lifestyles to analyse existing initiatives and policies on Sustainable Consumption and Production to envision future sustainable lifestyles. In project implementation, she coordinates on projects under 10YFP Sustainable Lifestyles and Education Programme as well as SWITCH Asia SCP Facility Programme launched by European Commission. Prior to joining IGES, she worked at United Nations Centre for Regional Development in which to promote resource efficiency, 3Rs and circular economy through high-level political dialogues in Asia-Pacific region. She received Master of Philosophy in Development Studies from the University of Oxford in the UK in 2013, and Bachelor of Arts in International Liberal Studies from Waseda University in Japan in 2011.
