Decision of the WTO committee on government procurement on a work programme on sustainable procurement

The Committee on Government Procurement shall adopt and periodically review a work programme, including a work programme on sustainable procurement; recognize that several Parties have developed national and sub-national sustainable procurement policies;affirm the importance of ensuring that all procurement is undertaken in accordance with the principles of non-discrimination and transparency as reflected in the Agreement; hereby adopts a work programme with respect to sustainable procurement.
