Regional Manager Biotrade Project
As the Regional Manager I manage a regional project based in Hanoi, Vietnam and covering Vietnam, Laos and Myanmar. The project applies market systems thinking to trade in food and cosmetics products in the three target countries. Key responsibilities include:
(1) Support sustainable improvement of the livelihoods of women and men through sustainable trade of natural ingredients in a manner that improves biodiversity and increases competitiveness of exporters and producers
(2) Promote equitable access to and sustainable use of natural resources, in line with Ethical Biotrade principles.
(3) Encourage practical exercise of economic and environmental rights of communities that depend on biodiversity and endemic genetic resources
